Hayat Grup Reklam A.Ş. operates the assistant infrastructure on behalf of and under the instructions of the data controller.

Purpose

To answer your questions, forward your request (e.g. quote, appointment, contact form) to the business and improve service quality. Your messages are not used for advertising or profiling.

Data processed

The messages you write, contact details you share in a form, a session identifier, IP address and browser information.

Transfer abroad

Your messages are transferred to the servers of the AI service provider (Google Gemini, USA) to generate answers. Before transfer, details such as e-mail, phone, ID number, IBAN and card numbers are masked automatically. The transfer is based on your explicit consent and standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Conversations are deleted automatically 90 days after the last message. Your consent record is kept for 3 years as proof.

Your rights

You have the right to know whether your data is processed, to request information, rectification and erasure, to object to processing and to learn the third parties it was transferred to (GDPR Art. 15–21; in Türkiye KVKK Art. 11).
