This policy governs the ethical and legal application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems across Linke, operated by Hayat Grup Reklam A.Ş., adhering to the EU AI Act, GDPR, and KVKK guidelines.

2. NO MODEL TRAINING WITH USER DATA

We do not sell, disclose, or use customer inputs or personal information to train third-party foundation AI models.

3. HUMAN OVERSIGHT

All AI-generated recommendations require human review and approval prior to being finalized or published.
